# Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at **Dr. Pen Official**. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

**Shipment processing time**

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders to the U.S and Canada generally arrive within **10 – 14 days**. The average delivery time worldwide is **14 – 21 days **and can be impacted by holidays and unexpected demands. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Update: Shipping is affected by the **surge in holiday demands and delays related to coronavirus measures**. However, we are still fulfilling all of our orders, simply with a slight increase in delivery time. We thank you for your patience and understanding that we have no control over the shipping time of our products after it has left our warehouse.

**Shipment Cost**

**Dr. Pen Official** offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard rate of $10 is applied to shipping to the USA and Canada. A standard rate of $15 is applied to all other locations.

**Dr. Pen Official** ships to all countries worldwide.

**Shipment confirmation & Order tracking**

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**

**Dr. Pen Official** is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Orders shipped to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and the UAE normally arrive without any additional duties. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages**

**Dr. Pen Official **is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you haven’t received your order or if your order arrived damaged, please contact [support@drpen.store](mailto:support@drpen.store) for use to start the claim process with the shipping carrier. Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
